    Founder, CEO, Chairman of the Board

    For over 20 years, he has overseen the growth of RCG, Inc to become an established technology company leading the way in mission-centered data curation, warfighter-centered requirements analysis, advanced analytics, mission engineering, and subject matter expertise services for multi-domain operations.

  • BGen (ret) Craig “Bluto” Baker

    President, Member, Board of Directors

    Mr. Craig R. Baker has been a fighter subject matter expert and systems engineering specialist at Rickard Consulting Group, Inc. (RCG) since July 2021. Effective September 1, 2025, he assumes the role of President at RCG. He graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

    Tim "Pic" Forsythe has been with RCG since February of 2012, and served on the board since 2023. He provides detailed and current insights into: Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution of programs supporting fighter and bomber development, and offers focused expertise on F-16 and F-35.

    Chief Operating Officer, VP

    Tod “Popeye” Fingal serves as the VP of Operations for RCG, Inc. He is responsible for all current and future corporate operations and program management. Popeye brings advanced cross-domain integration expertise coupled with extensive experience successfully leading diverse organizations and producing long-lasting, industry-changing results.

  • Martin Voshell

    Chief Technology Officer, VP

    Dr. Voshell is a Cognitive Engineer with a background in industry and academia and is responsible for leading RCG’s design and human-system integration efforts. With over 15 years of experience in leading Defense and Commercial applications, he is a seasoned PI/PM responsible for a large portfolio of successful DoD, Intelligence Community, and product transitions.

    Member, Board of Directors

    Craig Campbell serves on the RCG board as a strategic business adviser. As a partner at Anders joining the firm in 1986, Craig brings nearly 40 years of public accounting experience and business administration guidance.
