Tod “Popeye” Fingal serves as the VP of Operations for RCG, Inc. He is responsible for all current and future corporate operations and program management. He specializes in mission engineering withe operational SMEs, Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) integration, human-autonomy teaming, exercise management, and SPEAR-supported SME services. Popeye brings advanced cross-domain integration expertise coupled with extensive experience successfully leading diverse organizations and producing long-lasting, industry-changing results. Popeye is a 30-year veteran, retired fighter pilot with vast experience leading results-proven organizations ranging in size from 50 to 27,000 people. Popeye is a former Red Flag Commander, Deputy Director of Operations for USAFE/AFAFRICA.
