Tim "Pic" Forsythe has been with RCG since February of 2012, and served on the board since 2023. He provides detailed and current insights into: Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution of programs supporting fighter and bomber development, and offers focused expertise on F-16 and F-35. He is fully competent regarding fighter force structure and political interactions between USAF AD and ARC; deeply immersed in Operational Flight Program software development for all fighters. He is expertly versed in requirements generation and integration throughout the JCIDs process, USAF Operational Test and Training Infrastructure, 4th and 5th Generation Pilot Vehicle Interface requirements and capabilities.
