Geoff “El Gato” Franks is the President of RCG, Inc and a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for corporate relations and strategic business management. He specializes in mission engineering, counter-advanced threat tactics, multi-domain warfare, live-virtual-constructive (LVC) training and integration, model, simulation and analysis (MS&A), and SPEAR customer operations. El Gato is a 20-year veteran fighter pilot with over 2,600 hours in the F/A-18 and F-35A. He is a graduate of the Naval Air Warfare Development Command (NAWDC) Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor course (TOPGUN), Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) Weapons and Tactics Instructor course (WTI) and United States Air Force Weapons School (USAFWS) Weapons Instructor Course (WIC).
