Steven Heinrich is RCG’s VP of Software Engineering and the CTO. With a 20 year background spanning a wide range of technologies and subject areas, he provides leadership and guidance for RCG’s technology-based solutions. He has established a rich background and honed his technology leadership through a diversified experience ranging from enterprise-scale classified software deployments, to operational systems integration, and AAA video game platform development.

With a specialization in geospatial application development, his dynamic background provides deep experience for full-stack application development, database management, DevOps/SecDevOps, design and deployment of cloud infrastructures, mobile application development, and geospatial analytics.
