Robert “Bobaloo” Rickard

Robert “Bobaloo” Rickard is the founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of RCG, Inc. For over 20 years, he has overseen the growth of RCG, Inc to become an established technology company leading the way in mission-centered data curation, warfighter-centered requirements analysis, advanced analytics, mission engineering, and subject matter expertise services for multi-domain operations.

He is an instrumental subject matter expert across a wide spectrum of DoD disciplines resulting in numerous first-of-a-kind innovations within the DoD as well as private industry. He has vast experience in the requirements, capabilities and integration of live-virtual-constructive (LVC) technologies, invented the Simplified Planning Execution Analysis & Reconstruction (SPEAR) software suite, and is a pioneer in mesh-networked electric power distribution. He is a 27-year veteran retired fighter pilot amassing more than 2,850 hours in the F-16 and F-22.
