20 Years of RCG Inc.

20 Years of RCG Inc. How many veteran-owned small business achieve this? From a high-risk "company of one" - doing some consulting on the side, to a conus-wide, distributed software development company providing cognitive systems engineering (CSE) as a service, it's been a fruitful journey that could never have been predicted. I had the privilege to celebrate the 20-year milestone with most of the company and their spouses this past weekend, and the outcome was fantastic!

I can't thank our supremely talented and motivated people enough for their dedication and hard work. As a result of their incredible effort, the company is on a steep path to further success and growth, with our software being used in countries across the world. Due to the accelerated pace of technology development, RCG SME's are guiding large defense companies through CSE into understanding "why" they build what they do, well ahead of the antiquated Requirements definition capability of the military. These examples, and the outstanding humans that do the work, are why RCG is still around after two decades. Well done my friends!
