SPEAR has been installed within the 6th Weapons Squadron

RCG is proud to announce that the Simplified Planning Execution Analysis Reconstruction (SPEAR) has been installed within the 6th Weapons Squadron (6 WPS). 6 WPS is the F-35A Weapons Instructor Course (WIC) squadron within the United States Air Force Weapons School (USAFWS).

SPEAR will enable the F-35A IP cadre the capability to teach-lead-build Weapons Officer Upgrade pilots through multi-domain mission planning, execution, reconstruction, analysis, and instruction in a way that far surpasses any current and past methodologies they've been forced to adopt due to antiquated software. The future is now and SPEAR is leading the way!
